Shipping & Delivery
- We offer shipping with Japan Post, FedEx, and DHL.
※ please note that options might vary depending on region and area - Depending on the destination country, region/delivery area, and shipping restrictions, we may change the shipping method without prior notice.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification via email.
Secure Wrapping
- We carefully pack all orders to ensure safe delivery, however some packages may still be damaged during international shipping processes. Customers who are concerned about damage are able to add secure wrapping option for extra protection.
Ship to P.O Box
- We can only ship to P.O. Boxes using Japan Post shipping option.
- FedEx and DHL do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Tea & Food Restrictions
- Some countries do not allow the import of food items, such as snacks or tea. Customers are responsible for checking their own country's customs and import rules before ordering.
- Food items are currently difficult to ship to some countries, including Spain and some countries in South America. Orders that include restricted food items may be cancelled, or shipped without the restricted items.
- Please note that tea bags and/or food-related freebies may be removed from the package depending on the country of destination to avoid customs issues.
Refund Policy
- Depending on the situation, refunds may be issued to the original payment method (credit card, etc.), or returned as a store credit.

Gift cards cannot be refunded since they automatically generate an active code that can no longer be reversed.
- We generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to customer reasons (ordering the wrong item, changing their mind, or entering incorrect order details, etc.)
- PRE-LOVED items and SALE items are not eligible for refunds.
Pre-Order Items Cancellation Policy
- Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once your order is placed. The reason being; these items come from different suppliers, and we are unable to return them to their warehouses.
Returns
- We do offer returns, however, international returns may be very costly due to the return shipping fee, export, import fees, customs duties, and other additional costs that may or may not be charged via the postal company upon return. For this reason, international returns are generally not recommended.
- Return costs will be paid by the customer who wish to return their unused items.
