When you’re ready to check out, please use THE SAME EMAIL as your Patreon account.

NOTE: Patreon registered email should be the exact email so we can match your records. If your Shopify account has a different email address, please create a new one with the same email as your Patreon account.

STEP 2.

Use “PATREON” code to remove the shipping fee calculation.

NOTE: If you forget to put the code, we CANNOT REFUND the shipping fee. Instead, we will deduct the total shipping fee accordingly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If you placed an order at Rainbowholic Main Shop but also have an order at our Patreon Shop as well, it cannot be shipped immediately. It will be shipped before the end of the month along with your Patreon Rewards.
