Origin: Dimbula, Sri Lanka

Grade: BOP or BOPF Selected hand-picked and ordered separately

Tea aroma: deep floral aroma with a hint of citrus
Taste:
Water brew: The tannin is felt at first, and soon pineapple and bergamot aroma spreads in the mouth. It has a sharp taste with a smooth throat. The aftertaste is pleasantly citrusy.
Hot Tea: Pineapple aroma at first. The freshness of bergamot rises immediately. The sweetness of pineapple and light sourness both remain. Sweetness at room temperature.
Flavor: juicy, sweet pineapple aroma and embracing bergamot aroma.
Sweets: cheesecake, custard pudding, fruit tart, spiced cookies, lemon cake.

How to prepare delicious tea:

This is a tea has a "stretch" that allows you to adjust the flavor by the amount of hot water and steeping time.

Straight: 200ml boiling water for 4 minutes (squeeze)
Iced tea: 100 ml boiling water, squeeze for 3 minutes, then pour into a glass full of ice.

Water brew: 150 ml of water → overnight in the refrigerator (about 5 hours)
Cider brew: 150ml of sparkling water → overnight in the refrigerator (about 5 hours)
