Tea flavor description:

A nostalgic sweet-smelling black tea

A milk caramel flavor with a sweet, comforting, and nostalgic aroma.

The base tea leaves are made from Ruhuna tea, which has a natural caramel aroma, giving it a double caramel flavor.

It has a lot of core buds, so the flavor is clear and not too mellow, but you can still enjoy the caramel flavor straight.

Of course, milk tea with added sweetness is exceptional. If you add sugar or honey, you can feel the savory sweet aroma and the taste of black tea more deeply.

Tea profile:

Locality of tea leaves: Sri Lanka, Ruhuna
Altitude: 500m
Grade: BOP
Tea garden: Lumbini Tea Estate
Harvest date: 2016 (always the newest tea of the season)
Tea liquid: Reddish orange
Tea Leaf Aroma: Lively and clear caramel aroma and malty aroma with a floral spread.
Flavoring: Round and lingering milk caramel flavor.
The first taste is a refreshing tanginess. Immediately, caramel rises to the top of the palate. At the same time, there is a pleasant malty aroma on the tongue. The aftertaste is a bit astringent but disappears quickly. When milk is added or the temperature drops, a lighter sweetness emerges.
