Tea flavor description:

Lively + Astringent + Aromatic
A complex and sophisticated apple tea.

This luxurious apple tea is made only from the famous Dimbula tea plantation during the flavory season, which is only a few weeks a year.
The flavors and aromas of the tea leaves, combined with the elegant astringency and richness unique to seasonal teas, create a complex, sophisticated, and impressive apple tea.

Tea profile:

Where the tea leaves come from: Sri Lanka (Dimbula)

Altitude: 1200m~

Grade: BOP or BOPF Selected Handpicked Special Order

Tea liquid: Reddish orange

Aroma: Flowery aroma with depth and a hint of citrus

Flavoring: Flavor reminiscent of mature apple wine with a mixture of sour and sweet flavors

Taste: The apple flavor wafting in the air is supported by the refined aroma of the tea leaves, and the elegant astringency and richness unique to Dimbula tea, which can only be tasted in season, marry with the aroma. It can also be made like a non-alcoholic cider by carbonating it.

Pairing with sweets: Cheesecake, canelé, fruit cake, sweets made with brandy or raisins

Tea preparation guide:

This is a tea with a "stretch" that allows you to adjust the flavor by the amount of hot water and steeping time.

Straight: 200ml boiling water → 3 minutes
Milk tea: 100ml boiling water → 4 minutes → add milk as desired
Iced tea: 100ml boiling water → 3 minutes → pour into a glass with plenty of ice
Iced milk tea: 100 ml boiling water → 4 minutes → pour enough cold milk as needed (with or without ice)
Water/Sparkling tea (carbonated): 200 ml water and carbonated water → overnight

Be sure to squeeze well and enjoy the delicious astringency that only comes from freshness!

Product Questions

  • Products such as teas and snacks do not expire, but they do have a "best before" date, so we recommend you consume them before the date printed on the food packaging.
