Karel's summer staple! Earl Grey for summer, bursting with the aroma of mango and passion fruit.
This year, it's even more delicious! It is made with 100% fresh Dimbula tea.
Keep it with you in your own bottle as a standard summer drink. Can be served at room temperature.
Serve it with carbonation for a thoughtful treat! Also recommended as a base for mocktails.

Tea profile:

Place of origin: Dimbula, Sri Lanka
Altitude: From 1200m
Grade: BOP or BOPF, hand-picked by special order
Tea liquor: Reddish-orange
Aroma: Deep floral aroma with a hint of citrus.
Taste: Tannins at first, followed by mango and bergamot scents on the palate. The palate is smooth and crisp. The aftertaste is pleasantly citrusy.
Aroma of mango on the first taste. A refreshing mango and bergamot aroma rises immediately. The sweetness of the passion fruit aroma and a light astringency both linger. It has a sweet taste at room temperature.
Flavoring: Humorous mango and cuddly bergamot incense. Accents of rich passion fruit notes.
Confectionery: Cheesecake, fruit tarts, spice cookies, lemon cake.

How to prepare delicious tea:

Straight: 150 to 200 ml boiling water → 3 to 5 minutes (squeezing)
Iced tea: 80ml boiling water → 2.5 minutes (squeezed) → into a glass with plenty of ice
Water: 150-200ml water, refrigerate overnight (about 5 hours)
Cider: 200 ml soda water → overnight in refrigerator (about 5 hours)
