You can enjoy it with both Japanese and Western food and sweets.

Tea preparation recommendation:

Bring freshly drawn water to a boil, pour it in, cover with a saucer or similar object, let it steep, squeeze it and pull it up.

Straight: 200ml boiling water → 4 minutes (squeeze)
Iced tea: 80ml boiling water → 4 minutes (squeeze) → pour into a glass full of ice and stir.
Water or carbonated: 150ml water or carbonated water → overnight (sweetened carbonation is good)
